Hi guys,
I'm not sure if any of you know this so I'd thought I'd help you guys out a bit. First off to get Daedric & Glass armour you MUST be level 20 or over.
OK here goes:
Step one: Travel north of the Imperial city along the road outlining it until you reach 'The Roxey Inn'
Step two: It is highly recommended that you save before going in after all there are two NPCs with full glass one with full Daedric and sometimes an Imperial Legion Soldier & a Khajitt (Not sure how you spell it) with two enchanted items and invisibility.
Step three: Now if you think you can take them on at your difficulty level go ahead however if not no one blames you if you want to turn your difficulty down.
Step four: It's best if you can try and find a spot where no one can see you so you can inflict a stealth damage early on. Be sure to use your best bow and arrows to inflict maximum damage.
Step five: So you've got this far and are in combat with a bunch of bad ass looking guys what do you do? Summon a good creature if you can but always use your spells and always remember to block or you'll get torn up.
Good luck guys, LJ

if there is imperial legion. one way to kill him is just steal some stuff and when legion will speak to you take the resist arrest. Everyone whos in the inn will fight on your side.

No steps necessary really, I just get to a high level, and will find it by killing bandits, they have all the cool armours.
Also, killing bandits should be the only step listed there, in my opinion.
