I've just noticed that the unlimited health cheat doesn't work in multiplayer. The health bar looks different, but all the other codes work in multiplayer. Just curious as to if maybe a trainer will be released in order to allow this to work?

Cheat happens does not support Multiplayer cheating, not now not ever...
