Here's the readme on the options:

Options

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: One Hit Kills
Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 4: No Reload
Numpad 5: Unlimited Grenades
Numpad 6: Unlimited Money
Numpad 7: Unlimited Medallion Power
Numpad 8: Increased Accuracy
Numpad 9: Ghost Mode
Numpad 0: Super Speed
Numpad /: Air Decoy
Numpad *: Super Jump

Notes
-----

Numpad 9: Ghost Mode - you enter an altered state where you cannot be attacked
and you can fly around and get to places you were not able to reach before.
To fly you must go off an edge OR bump into a curb or step which will allow
you to leave the floor. Your controls may reverse while flying.

Numpad /: Air Decoy - this will send you 'above' yourself. You are immune to gunfire
and you can still kill the enemy.

Damn, that was fast. I just got home from Walmart with my PC copy in hand (kind of blows that Walmart has a nice PC game selection and Gamestop has zero, oh well, Walmart is only 2 blocks from my house anyways). I checked Cheat Happens to see if any cheats were available, and there's bot a trainer and in-game options. Nice!

They already have a patch but seems mostly MP stuff, will the trainer still work for the single player exe or was that changed too?
