I've blown up bunker 1 & 2. When I get to bunker 3 I toss in the satchel charge and explode it but it has no effect and the bunker is not destroyed. How can I destroy bunker 3?

IIRC, some of them have big stacks of explosive boxes next to them. Not 100% certain though. It's been a while since I've played the game.
In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'
