I recently installed the game again. But the I installed the patch and then mektek 3.02b. When I started the game It first asked me for the graphic settings. When the game itself started i got a black screen and then windows went to the desktop. Can anyone help me with this problem. I am currently using windows 7 rc build 7100.

I had similar issues man. I'm assuming you installed from CD's. if thats the case. go to the following website and follow the steps.
