i finished the game once,then i downloaded the save game file on this site and transfer it to my ps3.
before that i earned trophies easily.after that it keeps telling me "you did not earn a trophy" with an i icon.what's gone wrong?
can anyone help me with this?

Easy one. Since you are using someone else's save game, you have locked yourself out of Sony's Trophy System. A save game can only earn new trophie, if it's associated with the original PSN account that was used to create it.

To continue getting trophies, deleting your downloaded save game should do the trick. Then only use your own saves untill you have the trophies.
