Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight Message Board  

We get to see last saga of original Command and Conquer series (but not the last line of franchise).

I hope EA would take it real seriously because previous games were kind a lacking about the atmosphere.

I agree. It was nice that they got good talent for the cutscenes, but it still felt a little cartoony. Games for adults should have a bit of grit, and not take their inspiration from Disney (e.g. Battlefield Heroes).

I read that you need to be online all the time in order for the game to work. If that's the case, we won't be receiving any trainers for this right, since trainers don't work online?

Sadly enough, i do not harbor much hope for this game, seeing as EA really screwed RA3 up so badly.

The trainers won't work in a multiplayer game since the changes you introduce to the game won't be mirrored on the other clients. (That's how i understand it, might be wrong though)
So even if you have to have an internet connection to verify that your copy is original, it shouldn't matter for the trainer.

That would be unfair because not every computer has a internet connection. But it it was true someone somewhere would disable it just like with Games with live

If you cant connect online it will verify the media in your drive.

As to what they are doing the trailer looks very good and professionally done, so the game may have that return to the original C&C way.

Funny though, it seems both GDI and NOD will be partners this time around by what the trailer shows.

Funny, by seeing more trailers you see GDI and NOD units fighting each other.

fellas..i just had a peek at some of the C&C 4 images..wow...it looks awesome. and yea..Beta is out at Gamespot..but only for the paid members i think. i can't wait to play this one.i hear its being released on March 16 2010.
