Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.7 (Retail+Steam), Auto-Hack Passwords, No Inventory W....

Hi, I am using this trainer, seems to be fine, while I am using the Unlimated health, although it works, but, it can not eliminated the annoying heart beat noise while you are seriously injuried, and it was a crying face on the stauts, which means the character is badly hurt, although the HP is full. Can you sort this out? becasue that heart beat noise is just unbearable.

I went in and then out of god mode on the console to get rid of it.

Edit - I believe this is something from the patch, not a malfunction in the Trainer as I have had it happen when I was not using the trainer.
