it works, well, not sure about the refresh troops, seems to revert to the old values after a few seconds, not the full ones, but the old ones, before you ran the option..

The 2.2 Mega Trainer works fine for me on Europa Universalis Rome Gold. Just remember that you still need to update via the Rome Launcher prior to playing - it may be Gold but for some reason it lacks the patches!
