Regarding the Cheats & Hints.

Well, I followed the instructions to a "t". Changed the consoleh note from "0" to "1" .... Then it won't let me SAVE the changed file! Obviously, others have been able to get this to work, but I have tried everything I know to do to get it to save, and it won't.

I am running Vista Ultimate 64x... Is THAT the problem? Anyway around it?

this maybe because the file has (not sure) a 'read only' attribute. right click the file, go to properties and uncheck 'read only' and edit the file again and then save - you should succeed.
