I agree. I think, though, most provinces occupy a LOAD of territory, but since each one represents and ex or wannabe nation, I understand.

Of course the way Dhampy said it would be nice too.

I would very much like to see a campaign dedicated to the Napoleonic War.

Id love to see more of the world as has been said. I think more and maybe reworked factions in the Americas would be fun, also the smaller areas would be good I think, they could do that if they move the time forwards. Id like to see more goals also. I dont think Ive gotten a quest cept when playing as Britain. I think that would help the ai also. giving it quests to fulfill would make the game more fun I think. but thats an entirely different thing. but I think with the amount of patches coming out, an expansion is a long ways off. id expect to see more dlc and patches for now which could be very good anyways.

Denmark...why can you be sweden but not denmark wich is just next to them ??? WTF?!

Get your facts right. Prussia was that big in the campaign because Otto von Bismarck came to power some 150 years after the start of the campaign and had a great part in the unification of Germany. As for adding USA I agree and I think they should consider going a little backwards in time and covering the Asian parts of that period.
Also in the expansion for Empire I think that Dhampy is right and they should add more provinces like the ones in South America, Asia and Africa to the mix as colonies. They should make it a somewhat Total World War.

there are mods out there that unlock all factions go to twccenter and lokk at release mod thread
I heard EA isn't releaseing an full expansion but DLC campaigns for download for a few bucks I would imagine

I play as Denmark all the time. It just requires one downloaded mod or a few minutes editing yourself.

How about an expansion like Total War Kingdoms? Have one campaign be for the Far East, another for Africa, another for Oceania, and an expanded Americas campaign. But I particularly like the suggestions for the American Civil War and the Franco-Prussian war.
