i have around 32 factions and about 4 to 6 thousand troops but when i try to click recruit more troops, all of them turn into negative queue , does anyone know how to fix this problem? if you do please let me know thank you so much.

Don`t ask me but only that probs would happen with a trainer so i`m clueless!

what the hell is negative queue? the number of turns to build turns negative? and u mean 32 provinces?
