it really isntthat hard.(unless ur a newbee tot he game). to get rid of te lions, set up some watch towers. u can find them under the security tab on the left of ur screen.<<

ande yes am a newby --

know how to make watch towers but that alone is not ridding of the lions -- gotta be more to it --

i finally had figured out how to set up trade --

has to be a way to read research -- spose to do research to do stuff -- for instance to build a lighthouse -- so have to be able to read it somehow to know how to do it --

Waatchtowers are the only way to get rid of lions effectively, but just onetwo won't really do the job. Group a small number of towers together, these can then set up a crossfire to deal with the lions wuickly.

To know about your research, go to the Civopedia, which is clearly marked. All subjects are there. You should also find a useful utility in your manual which shows what researches are needed to gain higher research - for instance, code of laws only available once you have researched philosophy. Hope this helps.
