seperate speakers becuase that could be the case that there is an issue with speakers sometimes, sometimes they are not compatible with the game your playing. Not sure how to help you though.
If you have someone come to your house and help you that would solve your problem.

HG he needs to from where.
Go to Control Panel > Hardware And Sound > Right Click on Speakers > Advanced Tab > then you will see the numbers.
