What computer are you using a Mac or Windows?

Have you checked to make sure all your sound is up, on the speakers and stuff? If still nothing check the sound prefrences on your windows which should be in the Control Panel and see if that helps.
Is there sound when your not in the game, or just in the game?

Oh so check the settings in the game and see if there is still a problem if there still return the game and ask about the problem your having.

I checked it, sound efects ,music and voice over are all at 100%
