It would be helpful if the true dates on when the trainers are updated could be used. Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing, the latest trainer says it was updated October 13; the current date is July 12.
Those are dates when trainer will become available for the public.
I mean now you need to be unlimited member to access them. When for example that day October 13 has gone that trainer will be available for all.
At least thats how I have understood it.

That is how I understand it as well. Unlimited members get it right away, and when that date is reached it's moved to allow anyone to download it.
