I meant I know why they chose the name Gathering of Developers.
The acronym for that is GoD.
As for RRT3, apparently patching to 1.04 then installing 1.03 over that does the trick.
And whaddya know. It works. Now lets see if the Coast to Coast expansion works...

To get the game to work on Vista or Windows 7 64-bit go to this site and download the Vista "fix". It solved my problem. Try this:hawkdawg.com/rrt/rrt3/Xtras/. Now, tell me how to get the trainer to work. What is F01 and F02 anyway?
