Modified MIRV (I call it Suprize!)

Essentially it fires 50 mini nukes at once rather than what it normally fires.

Or 250, but that lags my game.

Or Modified Fatman that fires a REAL nuke, not a fake one.

I call it BOOM

im using the weapon mod kits mod (allows u 2 add scopes, silencers, exetended mags etc to ur weapon)

ive been using:
Primary:Sniper rifle (with silencer and exetended mag)
Secondary:.44 magnum (unscoped (yes its possible with Weapon Mod Kits)with a silencer)
(i say "Secondary" because i use hotkeys, hold a # key and press item to use hotkeys)

WMK (weapon mod kits) requires a few other mods and things to function (Fose and Fallout Mod manger helps)

i also use a damage mod to make it more realistic so most weapons kill

if you need any help with this mod or any other fallout 3 mod im practicly exepert

My fav: Rock-It Launcher.. thats the best inventiln to the game ever.. killing npc with a half the kitchen inventory or a 8-ball(minus the lucky 8-Ball)..
