I've noticed since the last patch v1.3 using trainer 6 that some options don't appear to work anymore. I know the damage and repair building option doesn't work anymore.

Those options were removed. You need to use the most recent trainer and most recent Steam patch.

I see now on the cheat description, I guess the info text that comes with the cheat hasn't been updated.
