Ok, First, I download the +19 trainer, then I extract it to a folder on my desktop called Mafia Trainer, then I press the .exe file (fdx-maft). First problem, which is before I start up the game, is that it doesn't show. When I press on the .exe, nothing happens. People said that it will show in the lower right hand corner of my screen, but it doesn't. Well, I ignored that and thought that that was normal, that it didn't show. So then I open the game, play a level, free ride or the level "*****." I press F12 like it said to bring up the cheat menu, but it doesn't do anything again.
I also did alt ctrl delete to see if it is even running, and it is, but it's not sowing anything from it. Any questions??? I have Mafia 1.0, so it should work. I even made exceptions to the game AND the trainer in Windows Firewall. HELP!!! PLEASE!
And also,if someone could just give me a step by step process from downloading and extracting the trainer, all the way to "It works!" that would be awesome!

Look at the taskbar. You'll see a star-moon kinda icon. That shows the trainer has loaded successfully!

EXTRACT THE TRAINER INTO WHERE YOU INSTALLED MAFIA IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHERE IT IS RIGHT MOUSE ON THE MAFIA EXE CLICK PROPERTIES OPEN FILE LOCATION THEN EXTRACT THE TRAINER NOW CLICK ON THE TRAINER RIGHT MOUSE CRATE SHORTCUT ONCE DONE CUT AND PASTE TO THE DESKTOP OR WHERE EVER YOU WONT AND RUN THE TRAINER

Just put your Mafia trainer on the Mafia directory...
ten create a shorcut on yoour deskop
once you done that start the trainer and then start the game... and last press f12 key and you have all the optios..
all trainers it's like this and etc... need to put the trainer on the specific directory of the game
