Spore: Galactic Adventures Message Board  

Considering the new trainer focuses on primarily the 'Galactic Adventures' portion only for the time being, I wondered if additional options were to be created to address the old aspects of the game as well (Creature Mode, Civilization Mode, etc.) Seems I can only operate the game only under the new expansion now, and I do enjoy the other previous features of the game from before...and specifically the cheats!

I know it means more work from the Cheat Happens Development Team, but I was just curious what the plans are in the works to adapt to this new game/expansion.

why would we add the old parts of the game to the new trainer? if you are wanting to use a trainer to do cell stage through civilization stage, use the original spore game (you have to have it anyways) and the 1.4 spore trainer. once you get to space stage, save the game and then convert over to galactic civilizations and continue with THAT trainer. it makes no sense for us to port over the other 10 options when we already updated them to work with vanilla spore.

Sorry, for some reason I thought the new expansion made the old version incompatible. For some reason it gets stuck at a lengthy loading screen when I start up old SPORE. Probably taking a while to update the content perhaps and I should just let it sit for a while. That was the reason for my request. Apologies for any trouble.

As for the errors I am currently experiencing, when I have the cheat code activated and go to enter a GA editor or mission, it seems to be stuck at that loading screen for the particular function. I just know that does not happen when I don't have the cheat activated. Just trying to help.

Also, I find your response to be a little bit harsh. I know this isn't a large coorporation you are running, but still...I did PAY for the Unlimited Access. To that end, whether it was a foolish question or not, I deserve at least a small degree of polite customer service. : /

I just bought another copy of the game, accept this time the DvD Retail as apposed to the Direct Download. It addressed the issue of the trainer crashing the game mid-mission or being stuck at loading screens. It also seemed to address several game bugs that were present with the DL Version (exp. no player missions being more than Level 15 difficulty).

Sadly this may be something all will have to consider if you wish to enjoy the Cheat Happens Trainer. In my opinion, for the faster leveling and since I always enjoy the epic feeling cheats can provide, I deemed it a worthy investment.
