yeh i know about the warnings. but i've downloaded a bunch of the other trainers and they never pop up as a virus. only Then COH unpatched Mega Trainer. O.O

There will always be an exception to the rule. I just scanned said trainer with NAV2009. It's fine.

"Edit: Hmmm yep even after redownload. But yet i downloaded the others right now too and they didn't pop up as trojan O.O

If the file is marked as a trojan, it will always be marked so, unless you add it as an exception.
