Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Unlimited Blast Stream
Numpad 3: 9,999,999 Money
Numpad 4: No Incidental Damage
Numpad 5: Targeted Ghost Drain



Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - turn on for unlimited health.

Numpad 2: Unlimited Blast Stream - turn on for unlimited Blaster use.

Numpad 3: 9,999,999 Money - press ESC to open your personal electronic
device, then press the Statistics icon, then press this key
and then select Financial Records. You will have more money.

Numpad 4: No Incidental Damage - turn this on and you will see that
when you damage things while blasting, that it does not
add to the total for that area.

Numpad 5: Targeted Ghost Drain - aim the blaster at the ghost and then
press this key. You will see that the ghost health has
depleted to almost nothing.
