Hello, has anyone passed this quest? I can't find him I went to the location at the Rockland Tunnel but He's no there, I also went into the Citadel where He is supposed to be and again He's not there. Does anyone knows the Id number to make him appear?

Try speaking with Scribe Rothchild.

I have talked to him after I went all over trying to find Tristan but he don't tell me anything in reference to the quest. Thanks
