Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir Message Board  

While playing NWN2: SoZ I found a very frustrating glitch/bug. In SoZ you'll find that you can complete key parts of quests before the quest has been issued by the corresponding NPC. Do NOT do this! In my experience; if you do this, you will not be able to complete that quest. One example of this is the "Singing Pendant" quest issued by an NPC named Redfeyer in the Rassatan tavern. I made the mistake of finding the pendant he asks you to find before speaking to him. Though this quest is by no means important to progressing through the main story or completing the game itself, but now not only am I not able to complete this quest for some odd reason, but I have a quest cluttering up my journal. This is also the case with rescuing Lastri before Sa'sani asks you to. So just keep this in mind when playing.
