Possible problem with Trainer

I have found that using the trainer prevents me from being able to get out of a vehicle.
Anyone else experience this? and has anyone found a work around?
I was using 1-4 on the trainer only.
OS: XP
Platform: PC/Steam

As it says in the manual, hold in E for a few seconds.

My own silliness, not 10 minuts after posting I saw the hint on the load screen when starting the game.
Reading manuals? how very quaint!

That's the only reason tutorial missions exist: nobody reads manuals.

well, i tend to never read the manual, thats for noobs, not for us gaming vetarns.
i learn through experience of playing the game, i learned very quickly after crashing my helicopter on how to get out BEFORE it crashed. lol
