I love FCOM with all my heart, however if you are not familiar with the terminology or mod installation don't even attempt it. If you do want to, there are numerous guides posted on the internet that give step by step walkthroughs on how to install it.
To do it, you will need Wyre Bash. It's basically OBMM times infinity. That, however, also means it's a lot more complicated, but there are guides on how to use Bash.
You will need time to set up FCOM along with patience.
OOO and MMM are fine by themselves, but FCOM combines them in the most effective way, along with WarCry. I'd personally choose FCOM if you're up to the challenge, it's worth it.

It will install if you have no idea what you're doing, it's more of a matter of it installing correctly.
