Here's the readme on the options:

Options

Numpad 1: Super Health
Numpad 2: Vehicle Health
Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 4: Evolution Points
Numpad 5: One Hit Kills
Numpad 6: Save Position
Numpad 7: Teleport
Numpad 8: Undo Teleport
Numpad .: Slow Game Speed
Numpad +: Fast Game Speed
Numpad - : Normal Game Speed
Numpad 9: Event Timer
Numpad 0: Unlock Abilities
Numpad / : Protect Vehicle
Numpad *: No Detection
Left Arrow: Ghost Reach
Up Arrow: Heal Target
Down Arrow: Drain Target Health
Right Arrow: All Abilities


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Super Health - you have very high health.

Numpad 2: Vehicle Health - your vehicle has very high health.
May not work with all vehicles, but has been improved
to work with helicopters and etc.

Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo - various ammo in the game becomes unlimited.
May not work with all weapons and vehicles.

Numpad 4: Evolution Points - press this key then press ESC to enter the
in-game menu. Enter Upgrades or return back to the game and you
will see you have MEGA Evolution Points.

Numpad 5: One Hit Kills - most creatures and units in the game will be
easily killed. You may need to turn this off in scripted parts
of the game where certain things happen based on certain NPC's
or enemies health, etc.

Numpad 6: Save Position - saves you current position.

Numpad 7: Teleport - moves you to saved position. Useful in many parts of
the game.

Numpad 8: Undo Teleport - undo teleport, if needed.

Numpad .: Slow Game Speed - slows the game rate such that everything appears
to be in slow motion.

Numpad +: Fast Game Speed - slows the game rate such that everything appears
to be in fast motion. Useful to get to far places in the game or in
time trials.

Numpad - : Normal Game Speed - sets the game speed back to normal.

Numpad 9: Event Timer - Freezes the timer in some game events. Make not work
for all events.

Numpad 0: Unlock Abilities - press this key then enter the upgrades screen and
you will be able to select all abilities. (Thank you cheathappens member
MVIL for your contribution!)

Numpad / : Protect Vehicle - turn this option on when you are defending the
hyperbaric tank or other such vehicles. May not work in all instances.

Numpad *: No Detection - turn this on before entering any zones with military
and they will ignore you.

Left Arrow: Ghost Reach - activating this option turns on this mode where DNA
and TIME are stretched beyond reality. Time freezes and your arms
detach. You can move in this suspended reality and strike things, fire
weapons, etc. When you turn this off and time resumes, all the damage
you did erupts instantly. Use this for strategic purposes or to
fine tune your attacks, etc. Some special moves that you can do will not
complete until you turn this off.

Up Arrow: Heal Target - targeted unit that shows health bar is affected. In fact,
the healed unit will be much stronger than before.

Down Arrow: Drain Target Health - targeted unit that shows health bar is affected.
Likely you can kill unit with one hit.

Right Arrow: All Abilities - we added this so that you can instantly have all the
abilities in the game without having to purchase them. To use it, press
the option, then Press ESC to access the MENU, then press ESC again to
return to the game. You have about 5 seconds to do this. If you return to
the menu and press UPGRADES you will see that all of the abilities are
now unlocked and that you already have them activated.
