I can use mods for any other game like kotor and fallout3 but i cant figure out how to use them on oblivion and i have the oblivion mod manager but i still cant figure it out please help me plz

fallout 3 uses the same game engine as oblivion, so most mods should be similar to install and run. if i remember right though, many oblivion mods are self-installing "omod" files that are run through oblivion mod manager. at any rate, you best bet would probably be to look through the forum on tesnexus for any faqs about mods.

When you open the OBMM, you should see a list of mods along the left side of the screen. Each one has a box next to it. Click to the box to activate the mod, then launch Oblivion. Done.
Be warned that some mods conflict, and some have to be loaded before others. The Oblivion.esm file should ALWAYS be at the top of the list.

ok I know now but now i still have to copy and transfer it to the C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data but i cant find it so can anyone tell me where i can find this??
