I have been playing Far Cry 2 for months and the version of the .exe file shows 1.2.2.0; I take it, that is the 1.02 version? ...and all of a sudden, early in June, an upgrade was sent and installed, now my trainer Mega Trainer 1.02, 16+, doesn't work. Does this mean that the game is now upgraded to the 1.03 version? In that case, must I now download and install the 1.03 trainer? It is only available to unlimited members. Can anyone explain this to me. Thanks, Jack.

Yes, that is correct. You need the 1.03 trainer.
