Regarding the Trainer, Add Diamonds, Unlimited Health, No ....

I have enjoyed using Mega Trainer 1.02 , 16+ , for a few months and it worked excellently, then an update notification popped up on June 3rd which was installed and now the trainer won't operate since. When I start the game and hit F1 it says "Trainer activated" etc., but the functions don't operate any more. What can I do to update the trainer now?
