Is there a quick way to get rid of 9.8 million?

Hijack any cars and drive it into the mod shop. Then, custimize it(use as much money as u want). Then, dump the car! Keep doin this and ur money will go down. Btw, u can also keep the car if u want.

I got this game to run awesome on pc on high graphics, its lagy when driving tho

Mine too. The game runs extremly slow when u are driving a car. If u get laggy when driving, it dosen't matter. When u are driving back to your safehouse u will hit around becuase driving is hard.When u have safed, enter the gargage and reapir for a sum of money. This will sort of spend more money.
