well seeing as the first little trailer sure didn't give us much to go off, might as well just wait for another one to come out and figure out a little more about it then, cause as of now its all just speculation

Halo: Reach May Use Natal

June 29, 2009 - In an interview with the Seattle Times via Kotaku, Bungie Studio Head Harold Ryan dropped a bombshell. The upcoming Halo prequel, Halo: Reach, could be compatible with Project Natal.

"I absolutely think [Halo:] Reach could be enabled with it," Howard told the Times.

This is not confirmation that Halo: Reach will use Natal, just that Bungie is giving it consideration. Even if Reach uses Natal technology, it doesn't mean the entire game needs to be controller free. Natal could be used simply to enhance the experience rather than strip it completely of the standard Xbox 360 controller.

hmm not sure i like that idea, i play xbox when i'm tired and need to relax. Playing a game that requires me to actually literally get into doesn't sound that awesome unless they make it spectacular and worth my energy

I personally wouldn't mind ducking, crouching and pretending I'm like a Spartan.

...although I would need a bigger living room, mind you.

IMO, it would ruin the Halo experience.

Thats when you take it all outside and build a yard to look like a level..

Im fine sitting my happy ass on the couch using a controller and controller only for this FPS

Because of the comments so far I just wanted to point out you won't be forced to use Natal. It will only be an optional enhancement of the game. If you only have a controller the game works just fine.
