Guys, I will save the day!!!

The God mode works like this
Go to
"С:\Games\Warfare\basis\scripts"
and edit file "difficulty_modes" (open file with Microsoft Excel)
Make sure that only "damageToEnemyFactor" is with value of "1", everything else change to "0", save the file and start the NEW game.

*EDIT* Nevermind, gotta use my eyes, hehe.
