.... tell me how to make Britain an absolute monarchy? I mean it being a constitutional monarchy is stoopid. Elections for ministers are such a dull and boring process!

Im a bit tired now but I'll give it a try..
I think that the only way to revert social reforms such as constitutional monarchy by returning to absolute monarchy is after the local nobility revolts on your actions and thus see the need to rebell, in which case you can side with the monarch..

Yeah I think you just need to make the nobles angry, like raise taxes on them and maybe even lower them for the lower class. I haven't played in a while so I can't remember, but that should do it.

Indeed. Poor taxes to nil, rich taxes to max. Some buildings increase happiness of the population, demolish those which benefit the rich.

Tip: Exclude all provinces but your capitol from taxes. Then you don't need to worry about the whole of the land rebelling.

Revolution will happen faster if you abandon London.

In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'

What you can do is raise taxes for the Nobility and it will cause the Nobility to rise up.

You can do the same thing with America, raise the taxes of the Rich and they will revolt and you can choose to side with the new Monarchy. So basically a Republic requires two successful Revolutions to become an Absolute Monarchy but I recommend learning all Tech first except Abolition of Slavery because Schools will help bring about a Revolution.
