Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Message Board  

Okay so I created a PS3 folder on my USB Flash; then under that I put savegame. In that fold I put the download. Then extracted the down in the same folder. Then went even further and took the contents of the extraction and placed them directly under the directory of PS3/SAVEGAME and saved it. I plug the thing into my PS3 and it says theres no data on the drive... Can't fathom where I went wrong.


PLEASE HELP!

Because its unclear what you actually did, ill show you where it would save on mine.

On your flashdrive, save the data into a folder called PS3, inside that SAVEDATA and inside that the game file itself(after extraction), it should work like that, i dont know if for example you saved directory wrong by not having in caps, look in all of the memory sub headings on game for your flashdrive.


This even works on VERY cheap usb memory pens.

I uploaded the save but how to get the items and weapons ?

You either have to load the completed savegame to start a new game or if you've done that wait until you get to where you find the mk.2 then you'll get them
