im trying to take over Swadia and i have 8 lords and swadia have no land at all + i got king harlaus as a prisoner why cant i complete the takeover??? 🤔

You have to own all that faction's fiefs, have destroyed all of it's armies and also all of it's caravans. Once youve done that wait a day and you'll get a screen saying that faction has been defeated.
Be warned however, I think the rebellion is bugged, as for me with the latest version there was no conversation string with the claiment, so i had to abandon the quest once the guy became king (About 3 days later). Annoying, but it still technically worked, and i only lost 1 point of standing with him.

i dont want to defeat swadia only make the rebellion work i got 8 lords supporting me and got the king prisoner but i cant ask anyother lords to join the rebellion

yeah, but to finish the rebellion you technically need to 'defeat' that kingdom. Like cleaning the slate so the claimant you support can take the throne. Trust me that's how it works Just defeat all the armies and caravans and it'll be done. Go to this link for all the information about it mate:

Don't worry about weakening that kingdom if they're at war with someone, as when you've finished rebelling, all it's wars end and it's standings with other factions go to zero (Although of course more wars can and will break out).
