I second that, just reinstalled this (from Steam) and the trainer crashes it. I've tried the other trainers out there, along with a cheat enabler, and they either don't work or crash it. - I guess there's no working trainer for the latest version?

Definetelly a new trainer is needed! on Win 7 pizzadox doesn't even open, and none work with steam version

well, i use win 7 x64 and steam edition, and the pizzadox works flawlessly
