I would start with the "Trainer Troubleshooting Guide"

Located at the top right of the page, below the cheathappens.com banner, or here:Link

That guide covers most of the common issues with trainers and their functions.

If reading the guide doesn't help, I would be more than happy to assist.

Try to provide as much information as possible about the problem you're having.

Also,
I would suggest you check the version of your game and download the trainer for that version.
