This game has very high ratings on many forums 8.0 on gamespot.Just wondering why CH decided not to make a trainer?

I wondered the same thing, but now that cheats are freely available, I doubt a trainer will be made.

There is probably not enough demand. I doubt if the game is a big seller. Like as not, it'll be yet another great action/horror game which is instantly relegated to cult status.

This is a script driven game where everything passes through a single point. These take 10x longer to train than a normal game. Since cheat codes were available, we decided to skip it and focus on bigger titles and updates.

Probably you can gain the effect of a trainer by remapping hotkeys to cheats. You can do this by editing init.cfg (As I saw in the cheats page).

What does "script driven game" mean? As compared to other type games.

My guess lies on the Floats. Most games like Dragon age uses a Float system which makes using a CoSMOS useful when finding the particular address. When trying to hack a script, you have to find the right script, find the line(s) that go to point of change (ie: health, ammo, etc.) and then you have to figure out what is needed to change and how to change it without screwing the game permamently.
