hi.... i ask because for some reason i cant download using the CD and i want to play the game i just need heads up if is cooll ore just try to make the CD work ...thx

Well I guess it depends on your connection to the Steam Host Servers. They've got servers in all major regions so you should download with your full bandwidth. I guess if you have the original CD just lying around you could just install it with that ... its obviously faster

is not goin in i have tryd >_< and the CD key dosent even go on steam like i did with empire total war

CD key is the one behind the manual right?

you cant add retail games on steam you need to buy them via steam
the only games that can be registered from retail on steam are listed here
