Empire: Total War Message Board  

I'm not sure if it is the patch#5 or the trainer that makes my game crash.As soon as I tried to load my saved game i just goes back to desktop.It was working fine before with the trainer,now I don't know what's going on.I know that steam update new patch for you but how can you tell what version or patch you have.It still crash even with the new trainer,I can load my saved game.Anybody knows something about that???? 🤔 www.cheathappens.com/newtopic.asp?titleID=13464#

To find out what patch you're on, on steam menu right click on empire total war and click properties, updates tab, view Empire:Total War update history and it tells you how many updates you have downloaded.

hmm sounds to me your saves are on diffrent versions i dunno but you might have to start with new game

1. make sure you got full update of the game
2. make sure you got full update of game trainer

if problem prosists probly best to seek help on the official empire total war site for technicial issues.
