I'm still playing it, but I'm thinking of dropping it due to the idiotic content and pay-for content that has been flooding Runes of Magic and its site.
Guitars that give powers? In the time the game develops were there even guitars?

Just downloaded and starting playing today. Pretty easy game to get into and is a step above as far as interaction compared to Nodiatis web rpg.
Most of the time I don't have gaming time to group with griefers and bored immature teens, so I need a game that isn't anti-solo. It would seem Runes of Magic doesn't penalize people for not grouping, unlike Age of Conan. I've never played WoW so I can't comment on that, but Runes is more fun and less stressful than Age of Conan. Never mind WoW-like graphics, while AoC is graphically beautiful, Runes is FUN. I'd rather play a fun game than a graphic intensive beautiful game. imho
