anyone know how to change officer age ?or even stop them from aging ?

You can create an officer and just set its birth-year to within i think 16-21 years of the map you plan to play, and than just leave the death to 99 years, baring of course natural occurrences such as dying in a battle catching some kind of incurable disease. I have 10 officers I made with auto generate and than just i just change there birth to what ever map I'm gonna play. Plus all 10 of my officers are friends/married/siblings etc. So there usually in a player created nation .
