Can you use trainers for steam version of company of heroes
tried using different versions and nothing happens

If not it will make me think twice about getting games from steam as after i have finished the game i like to use trainers

Did you add the -dev command at the end of your shortcut properties.

To do this go into your C:\program\files\steam\steamapps\common folder, at you COF shortcut right click properties and add the -dev at the end like the sample below, then hit apply. if you have patch 2.05 it should work with the 2.05 trainer

"C:\Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\RelicCOH.exe" -dev
I have the DVD version so you will see ,my path is a bit different.
Try it and let me know if that does it for you.

i am so lost... i did what you said, add -dev to the COH.exe file, but every time i do that, steam doesn't see the game anymore. 🤔 i've also selected read only, run as admin, and ive tried to run the application itself without using steam, but it gives me a "could not validate media" error.
