WIndows XP SP3 P4 3.4GHZ 2GB 667MHZ DDR2 of RAM Diamond Radeon 5670 1GB OCZ Tech 600W 1440X900 with 75HZ
So I am only not getting make performance like max frames. Also its latest patch & have all expansions except for the party packs? So let me know ASAP so I can some great frames.

After all maybe you need better machine,...DDR2 is not most impressive and P4,...maybe you need new hardware anyway or game is not optimized well

well there is a lots of games like Crysis,...you can have latest and best hardware but Crysis just can't go over 40-50 FPS it is not your fault if game is not optimized,...maybe I am wrong,..

to the op, personally regarding your system specs i would say you have a reasonable system and there is nothing wrong with ddr2 ram, especially considering that with an intel chipset you would need to buy a corei7 cpu and a new x58 mainboard to upgrade to ddr3 ram, imo i think you get poor fps in games due to your gpu, the ati 2600hd is about 3-4 years old now so personally i would upgrade that, if you have an agp system you could get a ati 3850hd with 512mb gddr3 ram or for a pci-e system then get a 4850hd with 512mb ram.
ps. sorry about the wall'o text, my punctuation is not my strong area
