hi,
when starting l4d, it shows intro well and so does the main menu, shows well, and i have sound same for the main menu and i have a constant 60fps then after i start a game, the sound goes out and screen looks like in da pic Link

my pc specs:
AMD 6000+ X2 @ 3Ghz
2GB 667mhz ddr2 ram
nvidia geforce 9400gt 1gb

Please give more info about your PC, E.g computer system (for example; Vista, XP w/e), also what version you got (Cracked or steam validated).

Allthough, I got a Nvidia Gefore 7800, so no prob there, i run it in lowest graphic though.

You say uoi got 2GB ram, if you run Vista you actually only run with 1 GB ram.

You also forgot what graphics your running the game on, if your running it on normal settings, try lower it.

If none of these works, then try to close programs you don't use while.
E.G if i got Skype running in the back i close it, due to lag, on other servers.

I'll return to you, when you've given some more info.
