Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Health
Numpad 2: Fatigue
Numpad 3: Easy Enemies
Numpad 4: Ammo



Notes
-------

Numpad 3: Easy Enemies - this option may affect scripted events or kill
friendlies as well. Turn it on during FIGHTS and turn it back
off when done to prevent problems.

Numpad 4: Ammo - May not work with all ammo or weapon types.



This trainer will allow you to customize the keys if you desire! Use our

That about sums up our feeling. awesome.
(seems like a really wierd game though, i got the ABE´s odyssey feeling here where the overall wierdness got in the way of a good gameplay.)

will there be a trainer for the retail version ?
