Ok i found a way how to keep ur best and favorite player on ur roster for low price just go in associasion mode ,go to general manager click roster -> manage roster . then choos player click on edit player and select contract tab ,now change player salary to 476k the league minimum and next season player will play for minimum saving ur salary cap+ u can choose how many years he can play in ur team(and u shuold turn off player roles cuz this can make some morale issues )
