Who knows of a mod/utility to increase the unit size so you can have thousands of troops on the battlefield?

U can go to options and change it to ultra,but depending on ur settings it could slow the game.

Mods that usually try to do that tho,tend to crash the game,b/c it wasnt made to have more than 10,000's on the battlefield.It wud b 2 much for the computer to handle so there4 ur best option is that.

I wish I could go Ultra, only if I had a 1 gig graphics card, while the CPU is fine.

It's really not that great the game slows down and the regiments you are commanding are harder to move around the battlefield.

800 men per unit = serious lag when it all kicks off. 400 per unit has less lag. I wonder what kind of set up you would need to have a massive battle. 1200 men per unit = a possible 24000 infantry on one side alone. An equal battle would be nearly 50000 troops on the battlefield. Insane.
